Born in Northern Ireland, Jane’s design training started at Belfast School of Art in the 60s, followed by a Masters at the RCA, London. Over X years in academic roles at the University of Derby and at the University of Wales, Newport, Jane instigated and led collaborative design-lead research and exploration with both academic and commercial partners in the UK and internationally.

Now out of her academic harness, she has returned to the modernist home build by her parents on the County Down Coast, from where she continues to explore a wide range of collaborations around the theme of enduring sustainable design.
